▫️فیلم استرچ هود یکی از پیشرفته‌ترین انواع بسته‌بندی انعطاف‌پذیر بر پایه پلی‌اتیلن است که برای پوشش‌دهی و محافظت از پالت‌های محصولات استفاده می‌شود. این فیلم ترکیبی از خواص مکانیکی قوی و کشسانی بالا را با ظاهر شفاف و مقاومت محیطی مناسب فراهم می‌کند. فیلم استرچ هود فقط مخصوص پالت‌پکیجینگ نیست؛ بلکه در دنیا برای کاور و بسته‌بندی کالاهای بزرگ، سنگین یا با شکل نامنظم مثل لوازم خانگی، مبلمان، الوار، بلوک‌های ساختمانی، کیسه‌های حجیم و حتی بشکه‌های مواد شیمیایی استفاده می‌شود.

مواد اصلی شامل پلی‌اتیلن خطی سبک (LLDPE), پلی‌اتیلن سنگین (HDPE) و در مواردی افزودنی‌های خاص مثل EVA و ...
تولید این فیلم عمدتاً به صورت چندلایه (3 تا 5 لایه) توسط خطوط اکستروژن بادی (Blown Film) می‌باشد.
